Mike Kohler
Mike brings decades of experience in real estate, mortgage lending, sales, negotiation, and business ownership to Net Equity.
His background on both the real estate and financing sides of a transaction gives clients a practical perspective when evaluating properties, structuring offers, negotiating terms, and working through the issues that can arise between contract and closing.

Mike works with buyers, sellers, investors, and both residential and commerical mortgage clients throughout Bucks County and the surrounding areas.

Jill Kohler
Jill has more than 20 years of real estate agent and broker experience helping buyers and sellers throughout Bucks County.
Her approach is centered on personal service, communication, and helping clients understand their options before making important decisions.
From first-time buyers to longtime homeowners preparing to sell, Jill works closely with clients throughout the entire process—from the first conversation through settlement.

Rachael Kohler
Rachael represents the next generation of Net Equity Realty and works with buyers, sellers, and renters throughout Bucks County.
She brings a fresh perspective to the business while working alongside Mike and Jill and benefiting from the experience of a family team that has spent decades working in the local real estate and mortgage markets.

Rachael also specializes in helping clients navigate the Bucks County rental market.
